Return Policy Terms and Conditions

At Bush Babies Boutique our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and shopping experience.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 21 days from your date of purchase.  After a period of 21 days and up to 30 days after your date of purchase, you may exchange unused merchandise or return the goods for an in-store credit only.  After 30 days, all sales are considered final.  Terms and conditions apply to merchandise returns and exchanges as noted below.

Cancellation of orders and all returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This fee is charged to cover merchant credit processing fees, packaging materials and handling charges associated with your order.  This fee will be deducted from refund or in-store credit amounts.
Actual shipping charges for all returns and exchanges are the client's responsibility with the only exception being if your order was completed incorrectly due to an error on our behalf.  The greater of original or actual shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds or in-store credit amounts on all returns and exchanges.  If the actual costs to ship your parcel were higher than the amount charged to you, this actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund or in-store credit.  If your order qualified and was processed with Free Shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund or in-store credit. If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, please mark on the customs form that this is a product return. If this is not done, costs incurred will be deducted from your credit.

All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in the original, unopened packaging with all tags, brochures, and packaging materials still intact.  Products must be free of any smoke or other offensive odours and may not have any hair, lint, feces, urine or other stains of any nature on the product or packaging.  We are unable to accept any washed or previously worn articles and we are unable to accept returns of any skin care or detergent products.  Any and all returned items must be in unused and resalable condition with no exceptions.  If there are items returned in less than perfectly new condition, they will be refused and returned at the client's expense.

All sale items, clearance and custom or special order products are automatically deemed to be final sales. 
All returns and exchanges must receive prior authorization from Bush Babies Boutique.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent to us without prior approval.  These will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.  We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
In order to process your return or exchange request, contact us via email promptly at customerservice@bushbabies.com with the following information:

1. Name
2. Order Number or Gift Receipt Number
3. Current Mailing Address (must be on file with your financial institution)
4. Product Description and Quantity
5. Reason for the Return

We will then contact you with further instructions regarding the next step in the return/exchange process.  Please allow a minimum of 10 business days after receipt of your returned items to process your refund/in-store credit and/or product exchange.

Product Warranty

We inspect our products upon arrival at our head office for any possible manufacturer defects.  When you receive your order, please open all packaging carefully to avoid damaging any soft fabric items that may be located near the top of the parcel.  Inspect your order carefully prior to washing or opening any items.  Once products have been washed or opened and used, Bush Babies Boutique will only be responsible for defects related to manufacturing and workmanship as outlined by our manufacturers' and suppliers' policies.

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective product, the original manufacturer will handle the claim.  Bush Babies Boutique would be pleased to assist you in dealing with your product warranty claim.  Please contact us for further information.
Please note, Bush Babies Boutique and our product manufacturers are not responsible for damage to items caused by normal or excessive use and wear or through improper care procedures.  Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions for care and use will void all warranty claims.  The manufacturers have guidelines for what is considered "normal wear" and over time some fading, pilling and signs of use may occur with some of our products.  These conditions constitute "normal wear" and will not be considered as manufacturer's defects.
